Liz Ward
Office Manager

I am from the east coast and moved to Seattle having never visited! I survived my first year here and am just getting started. I’ve made some great friends, gotten a dog, and love exploring the city when I can. I love being active and am super clumsy and accident prone, and always seem to find myself in physical therapy which drew me to Therapydia.

Hanna Prange, DPT, OCS, AAOMPT
Clinic Director

Hanna graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Washington in 2014 then went on to complete a postgraduate residency and fellowship in manual therapy through the Ola Grimsby Institute. Hanna is a recognized Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy and has also earned her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) which is recognized as one of the highest standards of orthopedic care in the American Physical Therapy Association. She is currently interested in improving efficiency when returning to activity and to sport (ultimate frisbee, lacrosse and running sports) after ACL, hip and shoulder reconstruction and repair surgeries for both youth and adult populations.

Prior to pursuing physical therapy, she earned a BA in Psychology at the College of Idaho where she played varsity basketball and club lacrosse. Hanna works to build a clinic-community based on having fun while helping her patients improve their own health through better movement, strength building and patient advocacy. Hanna likes to stay active by running in the neighborhood, cruising on the local mountains by mountain bike, snowboard or XC ski and playing Ultimate Frisbee in the fall and spring. And, in her spare time, she likes to enjoy Seattle’s rainy season by relaxing with friends over board games and exploring Seattle’s ever-growing baked goods and coffee shops.
