Joseph Lin, PT, DPT | Physical Therapist

Born and raised in Southern California, Joe received his B.A. in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton. Prior to becoming a physical therapist, he built a career in banking, but decided to leave that behind in order to help others. In his search for a greater purpose, his passion for health and fitness led him to discover physical therapy. Joe earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences Austin in 2024, graduating with High Honors. His philosophy is trying to understand each patient as a whole and what is important to them in order to reach their goals. He also believes in taking a wellness approach to help patients achieve healthier and more fulfilling lives. Joe is a lifelong learner and intends to pursue advanced certifications in Dry Needling and Golf Performance in the years to come. Joe is a brand new transplant but fell in love with the PNW many years ago. He enjoys all things sports and outdoors; in his free time you will find him powerlifting, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.

During her course of practice, she has had the opportunity to work in a number of different settings in all parts of the country and with many skilled practitioners who have helped make strong manual skills a backbone of her practice.

She finds great satisfaction in working with patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and physical abilities, acting as an advocate for health in all aspects of their lives.

Outside the clinic, Sarah can be found spending time with her friends and family, relaxing with coffee or a good book, and getting together with her loved ones for delicious home-cooked meals. Kelly received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Washington State University in 2015 where she found her love for studying human movement and injury. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in the San Diego area in 2019. Kelly enjoys treating an array of orthopedic injuries including sports injuries especially shoulder injuries as she had a shoulder injury during her high school swimming career. Since beginning her journey toward becoming a physical therapist, she wants to spread the knowledge about physical therapy not just as a treatment after injury, but also to prevent injury too. Kelly is interested in manual therapy, sports-specific strength and balance training, and will be pursuing a pelvic floor specialty. When she is not working at the clinic, you can find her in the outdoors either hiking, camping, snowshoeing, or playing with her dog.

Adria grew up locally in the Pacific Northwest.

In 2014, she completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She truly enjoys utilizing a well-rounded, wellness approach with her patients. This means not only addressing the area of pain and injury, but also helping her patients to move better, feel better, and avoid any further or future injury. Her areas of interest include rehabilitation of the injured runner and CrossFit athlete. However, she really does love working with all patient populations.

Through her use of manual therapy, appropriate exercise progression, and really listening to your story, she will help you feel better, learn a lot about your body, and have fun along the way. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys running, CrossFit, and playing with her 4 dogs.
